Ebène, Mauritius, Johannesburg, South Africa, Harare, Zimbabwe, Vienna, Austria, Toronto, Canada, Tokyo, Japan, Houston, USA, Warsaw, Poland – August 12/November 22, 2017 – The Board of African Compass International Limited (“ACI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has formally given notice to remedy breach amicably before 12hr00 GMT, Thursday, September 07 and 16hr00 GMT, Friday November 25, 2017 to a one Mr. Hugh Warner, Director of Anglo Pacific Ventures Pty Ltd, Australia.
The good faith breach dates back to September 2012 and relates to the Winston/Arcadia Lithium project, located in Goromonzi area of Zimbabwe being developed through Australia publicly listed Prospect Resources Ltd, where Mr. Hugh Warner is Executive Chairman.
The Board reserves the right to use any “extraordinary measures” deemed necessary after the deadline has elapsed.
