ACI is committed to high standards of legal and ethical business conduct and has a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that summarizes the regulatory, legal, and ethical standards that ACI, its Directors, Officers, Employees and Representatives apply in order to conduct the business of the Company.
Corporate Standards
ACI is committed to complying with laws and governmental regulations applicable to its activities in its SADC geographies and other accredited regions of operation, to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and conducting its tri-sector mining, power generation and agri-business operation’s in compliance with the respective country’s environmental laws.
Community Relations
ACI intends to align its business opeations with local socio-economic needs and to be a positive influence in the local communities where its mining, power generation and agri-business projects are located, by contributing as part of its social licence to the welfare of such communities through donations of money, supplies and community projects.
ACI’s committed interests lies in community upliftment and job creation in the areas that it operates, in the sense that value creation needs to be evident through our practice by hiring local workers with appropriate qualifications to assist in ongoing mining, power generation and agri-business operations.
