Project: Blue River Tantalum & Niobium oxides.Place: British Columbia. Property Size: 190km with room for expansion. Infrastructure: Good road/rail/water & electricity. Resource size: Indicated and inferred 22 million pounds tantalum. PEA completed and done by Amec Foster Wheeler. Geology: Carbonatites hosted, igneous rock with high recoveries. 271 drill holes. Mine life: +10 years. 700,000lbs per year production of Ta205 oxide. 6,300,000lbs per year production of Nb205 oxide. Operating Cost: *CAD38,44/t milled recoveries 75% minimum. FUNDING: Phase 1: *CAD30 million to get to BFS as outlined for work program by Amec.
Phase 2: *CAD379 million Capex (estimated capital expenditure for construction of mine and processing facilities). *Use rate 1.3 for USD to CAD conversion.
