Overview
Rift basin play located in NW of the country adjacent to border with South Sudan. Structural setting in the vicinity of intersection between Cretaceous-Paleogene Central African Rift System (CARS) and Tertiary East African Rift System (EARS) Rift system (EARS).
Significant production already in place in the Cretaceous basins of South Sudan and recent discoveries in the Tertiary rifts in Uganda and Kenya.
Completed 12,714km of Full Tensor Gravity Gradiometry (FTG) and 1,000km 2D seismic. 2D seismic survey revealed numerous structural and stratigraphy leads inside the gravity identified mini basins.
