The ACI Foundation is a non-profit organization established by the ACI Group in 2013 to drive the company’s strong moral compass corporate social entrepreneurship endeavor initiatives through learning, earning and returning simultaneously spanning diverse geographies and communities drawing inspiration from the eight United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) with the tripartite purpose of:

  1. promoting projects supporting living conditions for families living in abject poverty;
  2. promoting and developing sponsorship as well as patronage initiatives taken by ACI; and
  3. fostering deeper mutual understanding and partnerships between SADC and other nations by promoting graduate exchange programs.

We believe that as a mining, energy and agri-business company, ACI can both contribute to and make a difference to the benefit of all our stakeholders where the company operates guided by our mantra of 3 E‘s mutually inclusive principles of Entrepreneurship, Excellence and Equality.

The ACI Foundation is governed by the Board of Directors and does not accept unsolicited funding requests.
